2nd Class passages are provided in accordance with Colonial Regulation 81. An officer may be required to travel by air when on duty, or ven proceeding to or from leave. The normal tour is 4 years, but for an officer with 10 years colonial service and over the age of 40, the tour is 3 years.
The normal leave rate is one day for for every seven days resident service, but for an officer with 10 years colonial service and over the age of 40 the leave rate is 2 days for every 11 days resident service. Local leave is also granted.
